The very first bet I placed was with my uncle when I was 15 and it was on the Jets to win Super Bowl III vs the Baltimore Colts. The Colts were somewhere around (-17) or (-18) point favorites and leading up to the game Joe Nameth made an outlandish prediction and guaranteed a win for his underdog Jets. Nameth's prediction came true and the Jets beat the Colts 16-7 and I instantly fell in love the with the rush of sports betting.
